Joss co-founded GreenLyne Inc. in 2022 with the mission to unlock large-scale underserved markets with responsible and inclusive lending on the heels of a career dedicated to policy- and marketing-innovation for driving community uplift.

Joss drives marketing strategy and market execution across the domains of community development, brand awareness development within undeserved communities, and alignment of credit products offered by GreenLyne’s partner Financial Institutions with the unique needs of diverse communities.

Joss has been at the forefront of underserved community development at major real estate development enterprises by orchestrating Government affairs, shaping public policy, grass-roots advocacy, and program management focused on hyper-scaling financial inclusion across Black & Hispanic segments.

Joss served as California Deputy Director of the Michael Bloomberg 2020 Presidential Campaign, where he led public policy imperatives and grass roots civic engagement.

In 2013, Joss founded the Bridges Society of America to drive professional and social relationship network development amongst young men in urban areas..

Joss holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and a J.D. from Western State College of Law.
